This is typically a 6-month program but can be accelerated to meet your needs. Sessions are approximately 55 minutes in length as I schedule appointments on the hour or half hour.
*Also included in this package are 4 coach-on-call sessions where you can call me to discuss a real time sales issue that cannot wait for our next session. I will schedule to speak with you for up to 20 minutes with-in 24 hours of your request (unless you receive an out of office reply that I’m unavailable – which is typically no more than twice per year, and my clients always have advanced notice).
**Short email questions between sessions are supported in this option.

- Review your progress on the commitments you made since our last session
- Sales skills training
- Pipeline/Funnel review and strategizing
- Establish your Commitments for our next session (yes, you will have homework)

Other invoices are billed in advance and are due 48-hours before our first session. If you are on a monthly program, payment is due the 1st of the month for that month’s coaching.
Individual Coaching Cancellation Policy: I request 48-hour notice to receive a full credit to reschedule your time. This policy had to be implemented due to many last-minute cancellations in the past where the call time could not be rescheduled for another client. I understand people get sick and things happen, so I do my best to be as flexible as I can.

Your investment is $250. Our session can be used to discuss a specific sales challenge or opportunity you have. From the “Brain Picking” perspective, I get many requests for these types of meetings. I feel it is fair to my paying clients as well as me to charge for these sessions, as it involves my time and the sharing of my expertise. If this session leads to a coaching agreement, there will be a credit issued for the hourly difference towards a coaching agreement. After I receive your payment, I will contact you to schedule your session.

If you are based in Metro-Phoenix, sales coaching sessions can be faced-to-face, please contact me for investment options. The hourly investment will be calculated based on monthly coaching hours, session length, number of people, duration of agreement and drive-time.
